Chief Counsel, NJ REALTORS®
Mr. Goodman serves as Chief Counsel for the New Jersey REALTORS®. He focuses his practice in commercial litigation, with a particular concentration in real estate and real estate brokerage issues and municipal law. His experience also encompasses antitrust suits and corporate shareholder and partnership disputes. Throughout his career, a number of Mr. Goodman’s cases have resulted in published opinions that set precedents in New Jersey.
General Counsel, NJ REALTORS®
Yuliya V. Tedeschi, Esq. joined New Jersey REALTORS® in 2021 as General Counsel and is involved in all aspects of the association’s legal affairs. She serves on several committees and works closely with members to promote compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines impacting the real estate industry. She also serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Risk Management Issues Committee.
Yuliya is a graduate of the University of Delaware and obtained her J.D. at the Delaware Law School (formerly Widener University School of Law). She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
