New Jersey Realtors® and the Women's Council of Realtors®—New Jersey are hosting their annual virtual Women's Conference on Oct. 12. There are more than 10 small sessions lined up this year to support all Realtors® professional and personal development.

Attend NAR's L.E.A.D. Seminar


Members have the exclusive opportunity to attend the National Association of Realtors® newest leadership program, L.E.A.D (Learn, Elevate, Accelerate, Deliver) Seminar in person at NJ Realtors® Trenton Headquarters on Oct. 13 at 8:30 a.m. The seminar aims to equip members with what they need to be an impactful Realtor® association leader.


This course normally costs $300, but it will be free if taken on Oct. 13.

Congratulations to two NJ Realtors® members, Past President Bob Oppenheimer and Realtor® Erin Brown, who were just announced as new NJ Real Estate Commission members.

State of the State

Largest Property Tax Relief in NJ History


Gov. Murphy announced residents can now apply for the Affordable NJ Communities for Homeowners and Renters program, ANCHOR.


Homeowners and renters are eligible if they occupied their primary residence on Oct. 1, 2019, and either filed or are exempt from NJ income taxes. Homeowners can receive up to $1,500 in relief and renters can receive up to $450. The deadline to file is Dec. 30, 2022.
